Leadership Experience:
- - Project Leader for Management and Behavioral Sciences Class (February 2026-April 2026): Our group had to do research on job positions that were relevant to what each person in our group wanted to do in their career. I followed up with my teammates to ensure that they had the resources they needed to succeed and complete the project accurately and smoothly. I reached out to teammates who did not complete their work right before due dates we had set so that they would remember to complete their part of the project.
- - Hospitality Team Leader for CRU at KSU (January 2026-May 2026): I was in charge of assigning people on the Hospitality Team to certain positions each week, ensuring that everyone knew what they were supposed to do, such as writing nametags for students coming to CRU, or cleaning up the tables in the room after CRU events.
