• I help oversee 230+ units, where I handle work orders, HVAC calls, on-call emergencies, pool maintenance, and general community upkeep for the property. I can maintain the property when the service manager is unavailable and provide excellent service and communication to both residents and team members. Additionally, I have experience working with and scheduling vendors for the property.

• Followed proper procedure to operate a manual and electric pallet jacks to safely transport heavy and fragile packages throughout our facility. Properly allocated finished pallets to delivery trucks to maintain efficient work flow in the facility.
