-Served 4 years in a subordinate role and 3 years in various leadership positions throughout the Army.

-led a group of 9 soldiers to complete various task with teamwork, discipline, effective communication and highly exacting attention to detail often during times of intense stress and sleep deprivation.

-Attended both the US Army’s basic leadership course (3 weeks), and advanced leadership course (5 weeks).

Fatality management specialist

- dilligently updated, and maintained the standard operating procedure and policy for 10th mountain division regarding the compassionate, and sanitary handling of human remains.

-thouroughly trained and instructed soldiers on policy, and procedure regarding the recovery of human remains from the combat zone.

-maintained stock, and inventory of various human remains recovery team items and equipment, for a brigade of roughly 7,000 soldiers.

- went above and beyond to coordinate with local medical examiners, as well as military and legal entities to establish hands on training days at the local morgues, and funeral homes for other fatality management specialists in my area.
