Constructively apply PBM® and the Guiding Principles in a way that creates value and demonstrates a knowledge of and alignment with our PBM® culture.

Ensure all covered chemicals are managed according to regulatory requirements as well as corporate and mill standards. This includes PHA/DOM planning, audit implementation and action plan follow through.

Work with operational areas to appropriately investigate incidents in a meaningful way that takes into consideration the severity and potential frequency of an incident.

Support LOPC vision to “Reduce LOPC events that could lead to Significant Injuries or Fatalities.

Act as the administrator for the Brunswick SpheraCloud system and corresponding chemical reactivity analysis.

Manage Trax relative to CPS/PSM, Process Safety, employee role changes and general system management.

Currently acting as the Fiberline Safety Liason.

Managed chemicals and raw materials cost and performance across three fluff pulp paper machines.

Successfully managed the machine roll maintenance for two years.

Worked to resolve customer quality complaint issues in a timely manner.

Led the effort to implement the DataParc system at the mill.

Worked as a Sr. Process Engineer in the Fiberline and supported the startup of the #4 Bleach Plant.

Acted as the AAL in the Fiberline for a year.

Led the company to understand the mill's energy profile and how to optimize energy use for three years. Acted as a Sr. Process Engineer in the Utilities Department during this time.

Managed the Main Lab and Quality Lab instrumentation for three years.

• Supervised process engineers and technical staff in support of three paper machines producing various grades of paper including coated SBS as well as specialty grades.
• Mentored team members, fostering skill development and enhancing overall productivity.
• Worked closely with the Quality Department and Customers to resolve customer quality complaints.
• Coordinated and ran many chemical trails related to coating and specialty grade development.

• Primary area of focus: Two linerboard paper machines. Aided directly in the conversion of the #1 Machine to a coated linerboard machine. Successfully started the coating plant to support the machine conversion.
• Managed chemicals and corresponding machine trials.
