  • Served as liaison between Department of State elements at the Baghdad Embassy Complex (BEC) and CENTCOM’s Crisis Response Task Force (CRTF), coordinating cross-organization handoffs and information exchange.
  • Supported embassy evacuation/noncombatant evacuation planning (NEO) by mapping relevant actors and constraints, identifying information gaps, and translating evolving conditions into planning assumptions.
  • Produced time-sensitive reporting during the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and related regional crises; reconciled conflicting reporting and documented confidence, gaps, and follow-up requirements.
  • Supported reporting/planning continuity during Operations True Promise I and True Promise II, maintaining disciplined documentation and updates during escalation.
  • Identified intelligence gaps and initiated requests for collection support through appropriate channels, including ISR assets as needed.
  • Compiled evidence from multiple sources into intelligence briefs for presentation at high-level meetings.
  • Authored 12 crisis-response contingency (CONPLAN) and concept of operations plans approved by ARCENTunder the command of LTG Patrick Frankwhich outlined how the CRTF would respond in the event of a real-world crisis
