Summary

I have developed various forms to aid in Accident/Incident reporting at American Structural Concrete. I have trained various employees on equipment usage and certified employees to operate MEWPs and Forklifts. I prioritize safety in my routines but strive to find the perfect balance between Safety and Production. I am by no means a "police force" , rather I am the stepping stones guiding the employees on a path through safety so that they can complete their given tasks while ensuring they and others around them can go home as they arrived. Every opportunity is a learning one.
