Summary

I am a motivated professional with 5 years experience in health care. Prior to that I dipped my toes into management. I was young at the time, but my mentor taught me to independently handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and inventory management. I delegated tasks and learned effective ways to communicate. The biggest lesson I learned in my early career is that kindness and leading by example is the best way to get your team motivated. Later in my career, as a paramedic, I learned to let go of my control and to allow other people to shine.
