I serve as the primary CASTLE T&A/LDR specialist for all NASEO groups, and an alternate specialist for a portion of B3. I provide subject matter expertise, advice, and support in a timely and thorough manner regarding CASTLE, and I assist employees with all CASTLE issues. Analyze numerous reports to confirm the correctness of employee T&As before final management approval.
I am a purchase card holder for NSEO, and I coordinate and collaborate with the Financial Planning Officers on credit card purchases for NASEO groups: B1, B2, B3, and B4. I assist these groups with purchase reviews, provide comments, and feedback to the FPOC on all credit card purchase submissions. As a financial analyst for the NASEO groups, I participate in financial requirements and follow-up meetings with multiple FLMs and FPOCs. I attend multiple 610 financial reviews to monitor NASEO B3 and B4 requirements, and capture and coordinate with the B3 and 4 GMs and FLMs weekly for collaboration, feedback, and to maintain continuous situational awareness of the financial movements within NASEO. In addition, I support the VP/DVP front office with credit card purchases when requested. I also support two other purchase card holders as their backup for credit card purchases when they are not available. I track and analyze databases to develop reports, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, to improve operational efficiency. This includes working with AJG on reports to track PRs, and TPCs. I maintain timely reconciliation and approval of transactions in U.S. Bank.
I collaborated with the entire NASEO purchase cardholders, FPOC, financial team lead, and B610 manager to develop a KSN site for requesting and tracking credit card purchases, making these types of purchases more efficient within NASEO.
I am the Property and Inventory Control Specialist for all of NASEO, responsible for collecting, organizing, and accurately capturing the property and inventory for NASEO. I have recently been tasked with the completion of an audit/inventory report for all of NASEO, using FRAMES.
I am a Trusted Agent for PIV badging for the ATL NEMC, OCC, and ECC, and when needed, I assist the ATL ARTCC with PIV badging. I collect new employees' information and fingerprints via the HSDP ?? and My Client application. ?? I coordinate daily with ZTL security for the access of visitors and vendors to the NEMC building.

I attend the B610 team meetings, NASEO all hands, the B600 safety stand down, and PCH biweekly checks in sharing and collaborating with other team members.
I have used REGIS and DELPHI, and provided budget and financial reports to management.
I have used E2 in the past, and provided guidance to employees on travel regulations, and ensured travel practices were met with established policy and guidelines.
