  • I manage my own caseload while also overseeing all Spanish-speaking cases in State court. My role involves providing resources to victims, informing them of upcoming court dates, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, I assist investigators with subpoenaing Spanish-speaking victims or witnesses when needed. For each victim, I offer a variety of resources, including domestic violence shelters, programs for grandparents raising grandchildren and victim compensation. I also scan documents into Tracker and AXON to ensure accurate case management. Although I primarily work in state court, I also assist in municipal court when Spanish-speaking victims are involved.
