Provide respiratory therapy for all patient populations, specializing in NICU/Pediatrics. Also served as the NICU Clinical Resource Specialist for the Respiratory Care Department. These responsibilities include: helping to manage/lead a core group of NICU respiratory therapists, create/maintain schedule, staff education, arrange in-services, actively involved with equipment selection and development of custom transport isolettes, helped to create/update NICU training program, responsible for training all new NICU therapists, take part in interview process for new team members, actively involved in financial challenges/goals for both the department and the organization, act as a liaison for Respiratory Care and NICU, attend monthly collaborative practice meetings, NRP instructor.
