• Managed all facets of construction, up to seven different projects at one time.

Collaborated with different roles on the Brasfield & Gorrie team, clients, and subcontractors to estimate new projects from conceptual design through construction drawings.

• Worked on various different preconstruction efforts under a Lead Preconstruction Manager. Projects ranging from a $250MM two tower high-rise apartment building in Atlanta, $300MM movie studio south of the city, and a large exhibit expansion to the Georgia Aquarium.
• During the later end of tenure in Preconstruction, worked as a Lead Estimator on a $20MM Cafe Renovation to the Georgia Aquarium. Collaborated with Operations Manager, Division Manager, and Project Team to successfully deliver a budget that has since been executed on. Additionally, assisted the team in the pricing meeting with the client to review scope and project approval.

Notable Project: GSU Convocation Center

• The Convocation Center is a 135,000sf facility for Georgia State University that will be utilized primarily as a basketball arena, but also has functionality for graduations, concerts, classrooms, and as an e-sports venue.
• Assisted the full life-cycle of the project from final pricing & buyout through construction completion.
• Lead-manager for various trade partners
• Schedule management, trade procurement, contractor accounting, logistics, and day-to-day coordination.
