Underbody - Bodyshop

- Putting metal car parts on fixtures for spot welding robots to put together in a cell
- Pay attention closely to the quality in each part
- Always wore proper PPE required for the job -Payed close attention to proxy sensors making sure they were operable, and fixed them when they were inoperable

Lock out Tag out

- Always make sure my lock is on me at all times -Never give out my lock to anyone else
-Never entered a Robot Cell without my lock being locked and secured on the door latch

- Always practiced safety inside the cell with my surroundings, ensuring I don't get hurt

Spot Welding robots

- Making sure all robots were operable and running - Remove and replace spot welding caps on the robots while using lockout tag out for safety
- Pay attention to the monitor screen for faults

-Fix any computer faults to the robots

Body Quality Assurance

- Made sure all parts were free of defects
- Always had a sharp eye for dents, scratches, gaps, burrs, and other various defects to metal parts on the body
