As part of the Direct Journey Agile team at UPS Capital, I contributed to initiatives focused on enhancing the customer journey. Our work involved journey mapping, identifying pain points, and improving both internal and external platforms to deliver a more seamless and user friendly experience. I collaborated cross functionally with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement solutions that aligned with customer needs.

My responsibilities included responding to customer inquiries, making changes to insurance policy limits/coverage types, and providing clear, accurate information regarding policy terms.
