- Plans monthly Young Adult in-person and self-directed programs for ages 12 to 18, as well as multigenerational programs.

- Research questions and concerns from patrons were addressed, and detailed responses were provided while on the Reference desk.

- Informs patrons of electronic, print, and internet resources while on the Reference desk and during class tours at the library.

- Served as Chairperson of the Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS) Marketing Grant Committee in 2022, during which we received a $2,000 grant for our marketing campaign to increase library card registrations in April 2022.
- Served on the Grow with Google grant committee in 2020, where we were awarded $2,000 to host webinars with local small business owners and business professionals as an effort to help patrons learn how to start small businesses during the pandemic. The grant was part of the Libraries Lead with Digital Skills initiative.
