Accomplishments

Started at Stearns as a driver. After proving my worth in under 90 days was asked to learn dispatch. Took on the extra roll but then fought to make it my own and use my own strategies. After given the chance I was able to maximize company efficiency and take 5 trucks off the road leading to more profit for the company. After accomplishing that I was made General Manager and dispatcher in under a year. Sine then we added another territory and grew the Jacksonville market from 1 truck to 3 trucks. I personally oversee all operations including dispatching, truck maintenance, scheduling of employees, payrolls and employee files for Chattanooga, Jacksonville and East Atlanta markets.
