I have maintained a safe work environment, with no injuries in area or to team.

I have lead all large scale area PM's, such as power outage breaker testing, annual cooling tower cleaning, annual boilers breakdown and inspection, etc.

All FM Global and LRQA audits of utilities were satisfactory.

I have executed many projects with contractors successfully and on time, to include DA tank overhaul, water reservoir tank restoration, replacement of various sections of piping, cooling tower overhaul, main substation trip relay to digital, and various small projects during shutdowns.

I completed The Marshall Institute program SAP for planners and have overhauled much of the utilities and building and grounds section. Including updating maintenance plans, adding equipment to functional location, quoting parts and adding to stock, editing task lists to reflect changes in parts needed or changes in protocol, creating PM's for new equipment, and adding contractors to database. I currently assign weekly work to team and plan contractor work for shutdowns.

Performed water testing on boilers, chilled water, cooling water, and closed trace water loops and adjusted as needed.

Performed regulatory compliance PM's, including annual gas burner safety testing, annual boiler breakdown for FM Global inspection and licensing, fire prevention equipment testing, and daily logs.

I worked with G&M for over 4 years on site at Mars, Albany. I replaced steam and water piping, installed conduit, pulled and terminated wiring, and worked shutdowns.

Temped as a utilities tech while site had no coverage. Worked as sole utilities tech on site under utilities leader for several months. Lead new hires on daily tasks and equipment location, site procedures, etc.
