• Manage day to day HR administrative tasks ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and complete.
• Create and post vacancy announcements.
• Qualify applicants after close of vacancy announcements to determine eligibility.
• Forward list of eligible applicants to hiring managers for interviews.
• Type and send out tentative offer letters of employment to selectee.
• Set up security appointments and all onboarding tasks for selectee.
• Establish start date and send out final offer letter of employment.
• Inform selectee of New Employee Orientation Start date.
