- Planned an implemented an annual arts and music festival in Piedmont Park.
- Interfaced with the city of Atlanta to obtain permits; meeting with neighborhood planning units (NPU's) to address concerns and community questions regarding neighborhood impact.
- Maintaining an artist database, securing a panel of jurors and judges to determine the annual show (from 1,000 applicants, narrowing it down to the 200 artists). Curating food vendors, managing the retention of their certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance during the festival, and assessing damage fees (if applicable) after the event.
- Negotiating, maintaining, and securing all contracts related to event support, such as tents, tables, chairs, porta-johns, golf carts, radios and signage.
- Interfacing with, entertaining, trouble shooting, damage control with artists, musicians, volunteers, clients and national sponsors
- Securing and managing the contracts for sponsorship curator, PR firm, music director
