• Processing payroll data for 50+ corporate clients and managed accurate salary disbursements for over 200 employees.
• Utilizing QuickBooks and 1099-etc platforms to calculate payroll taxes and execute timely tax filings, including Federal Forms 941/940 and state tax payments for GA, AL, FL and SC.
• Reflecting and processing child support withholding orders and tax liens within the payroll system in strict compliance with legal regulations.

Sales

• Analyzing revenue and taxation data to develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive sales worksheets.
• Reconciling and filing Sales Tax, Excise Tax, and alcohol sales payments in accordance with state and local tax regulations.

Business License Renewal & Registration

• Managing timely renewals for county and city business licenses, including specialized permits for alcohol, agriculture, professional services, and COAM.
• Handling new business registrations and renewals with the Secretary of State (SOS) to ensure compliance and seamless corporate setup.

EIN Registration
