  • Sales Center Manager at the Morrow, Ga branch of POOLCORP.
  • As Sales Center Manager I took over a branch that was struggling both from a sales perspective as well as from an operational standpoint.
  • Oversaw staff changes totaling 30% of our total workforce at the branch and filled those roles with more adequately suited candidates. Branch was operating at 72% of goal for the year of 2025 when I took the position, as it stands today we are now at 93% of year-to-date sales goals all while decreasing shrink and reaching operational metrics (i.e., Transfer On Time, Ship On Time, Cycle Count Consistency, and Inventory Adjustment Application, etc) that had not been reached in 24 months prior at this location.
  • Current Year-to-Date sales totaling over $20M through this small branch with no Business Development Representative. We are currently on track to match last year's sales metrics while the rest of our region sits at roughly 85% of last year's sales numbers.
