  • Started off as A Route Sales Assistance helping run a route with a million dollar book of business.
  • Helped push sales in big chain grocery stores to upsell products and increase sales for route.
  • Ran route I assisted on for 6 months while lead representative was out of work, and helped route become the number one selling route in my district for the year.
  • After one year of being A Route Sales Assistance, I became Route Sales Representative and took over my own route.
  • Was responsible for increasing sales on the route I took over from bottom three in district sales, into the top two by end of year.
  • Duties while working at Frito Lay included loading truck with product each morning, delivering product to stores, checking in and verifying manifests at each store for proper delivery of products, working out products to shelves while rotating and facing to upsell products and limit out of dates, building and changing out displays to maximize sales in each store, promote new product to drive more sales around holiday and seasonal events, created and finalized orders for each store, maintained positive relationships with customers to build rapport with stores, maintained a clean work environment and work space, trained and coached my Route Sales Assistant to better improve my route, used salesforce for timesheets and to verify manifests.
