To ensure every customers home is thoroughly inspected regardless of the call prior to any work being completed, not only for my safety but the customers safety as well. Educatucating each customer along the way of the importance of their electrical system, and not selling them on what they want but giving them enough knowledge to make their own decision on what the home actually needs, and doing it with a smile.
I've have worked as a service professional for around 8 years running my own van with the same franchise company, but in multiple locations I've seen this thriving company ran in many different ways, good and bad I've been able to learn from those experience and apply that knowledge, and know whats most important is customer service, that being said my best attribute is putting the customers needs first My service van is always well organized and I work well with others Without a good team there can't be a good company I also bring highly skilled sales training and representation of a brand to the table, but I'm also open to learning something new
