Worked with wide cross section of patients, civilian and military.   A wide range of medical issues were involved at times: such as patient dissatisfaction on job as related to the current or past injuries.  Contacted providers, work leaders, supervisors, EAP, other nurses and other related health team members for collaberative solution to patient/job match. 

Routine patient/advocate checks for satisfaction sustainment were done for health maintenance  and patient wellbeing.
