•Enter all data into the computer systems, filling out all related paperwork, resolve any delivery issues, returns and or driver/help issues
•Schedule the routes for efficiency and direct, train & coach drivers/helpers for the growth and understanding of the FedEx Experience.
•Planning, organizing, and coordinating the time and the related information with the drivers/helpers and the customers, for timely deliveries.
•Handling any requests and complaints from customers.
• Handling of trailer approvals for all new and replacement trailers.
• Scanning documents and typing information into the computer system.
• Oversee compliance of the delivery apps use, handle calls, texts from drivers/helpers. Time in and out reports on their arrival and departure times.

•Organizing packages based on size, destination, and delivery priority
•Loading and unloading packages out of delivery vehicles and trailers
•Sorting packages and routing them to the correct area
•Utilize handheld scanners to update status
•Ensuring that every package is sorted during the sort to be delivered in a timely manner
•Repack packages that are damaged or need assistance
•Keeping the work area organized and clean to ensure safety and efficiency
•Support military families by providing education, resources, and skill development
•Create and update training materials and lesson plans based on AFTB framework
•Ensure content relevant and reflects current Army policies and community resources
