A "BRAVO" is earned when an employee goes above and beyond while doing their job. These individual recognitions are reported to by the store manger to te HR officer, who then reports them to the corporate office. The award system is tiered levels where 6 individual "BRAVO" awards equals a bronze tier recognition and cash reward from the corporate office. From there is 6 more "BRAVO" awards are given, then the associate is awarded the next tier of awards which is Silver. This goes on through Gold tier, and then Finally to Platinum Tier. After successfully cycling through all of the tiers three times, the associate is then awarded Diamond tier, and is Nationally recognized over all Home Depot Inc. platforms, and receives a $500 monetary award as well.
