  • Managed internal tariff mitigation processes across all departments. Led the internal tariff reform, successfully automating the billing process and cutting manual workload by over 50%.
  • Implemented and managed Murata's first duty drawback program, securing $5.09M in tariff refunds from U.S. Customs for the company.
