During the days, I had to have a fast paste while still maintaining great customer service skills. On a regular day, I took between forty to sixty inbound and outbound calls a day. I assisted customers to the correct departments to ensure that their accounts are fully up to date and their service levels are at one hundred percent.

I was also a part of the HR protocols. I preformed W2's, sat in on interviews, and preformed the hiring paperwork which including sensitive and private information. During the pecan season, there were additional duties added to my role in the office.
