While working at Windstream, I completed final procedures on customers accounts to ensure they have our best products and pricing. During the days, I had to have a fast paste while still maintaining great customer service skills. On a regular day, I took between forty to sixty inbound and outbound calls a day. I assisted customers to the correct departments to ensure that their accounts are fully up to date and their service levels are at one hundred percent.
My position was to run the office in a proficient and organized manner. I was constantly on my feet and going to different places for supplies and the owner. I answered phone calls and completed invoices, statements, bill of ladings, etc. Payroll was a major part of my position. I completed payroll everyweek for over fifty employees. I was also a part of the HR protocols. I preformed W2's, sat in on interviews, and preformed the hiring paperwork which including sensitive and private information. During the pecan season, there were additional duties added to my role in the office.
