Established their North American offices and warehouses in 2019, while building an effective team and growing the product brand name and influence. When the North American entity was established, there were no sales whatsoever. After nearly six years, North America has now become their largest export country with sales exceeding $30M.
When I took over this company in 2015 they were literally stuck in the 1980's; in just about every way. Their sales were steadily decreasing year over year. I implemented new warehouse systems, new CRM systems to manage employee focus, streamlined their logistics system, completely rebuilt their product offerings, while updating all of their marketing tools. Their sales went from approximately $19M to $28M in three and a half years.
When I took over the aftermarket sales for this company they were heavily focused on OEM sales only. This limited their growth and margin. Over the next eleven years, I increased their aftermarket sales from $20M to $280M. This was mainly achieved by adding complimentary product lines that all of their competitors already had. This put them in second place within the industry and increased their market share and margin exponentially.
