I have been a fireman for a little over 15 years, i have worked for a couple different agencies and seen several different leadership methods. I previously held the position of Firefighter, Engineer, and Lieutenant. I have learned a lot over my time and have also learned that there is a lot more to learn. I am currently a direct supervisor over 5 people. I am currently an FTO, serve on the departments mental crisis team as well as conduct training throughout the year.
