Kennedy Nunez

I volunteered every Friday at Paws Humane. I operate their dish washing and laundry system. Additionally, I helped maintain a clean environment for the animals by sweeping and mopping. Assisted in socializing the cats and kittens so that they became accustomed to humans. I also assisted in walking and playing with dogs. Communicating with the staff and volunteer director was also a part of my job.

I have worked in my church's nursery for over 2 years. Every Sunday it is my responsibility to ensure the children have a healthy and safe environment to learn and play in. I make lesson plans every Sunday and speak with parents to acquire information about their children. Additionally, I coordinate plans with the nursery director and other nursery workers. I also plan the schedule for the month of who is working that particular Sunday.

At Begin Again Farms I helped the workers make the food for the horses and assisted in giving the food to the different horses. Additionally, I maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
