Hi! My name is Kimberly Bush. I appreciate the opportunity that you have taken upon to review my resume. I have had a wide variety of jobs in my working career. But my morals have continued to remain the same throughout the different job opportunities that I have been able to take part in. I consider myself a go-getter. Someone that is ready to take on new tasks if given the opportunity. I have a passion for making others feel comfortable and I really enjoy working with teams of coworkers that are there to provide excellent communication and have a great work ethic when it comes to getting the job done. I have job experience in many different areas such as management, data entry, team leading, customer service a bookkeeping. I consider myself to have good communication skills and an excellent eye for detail. I feel that I can process new tasks fairly quickly and I have good organizational skills. I do have quite a bit of data entry experience and I am always willing and excited to take on new and exciting challenges. I have experience working with Microsoft Word and although I am not proficient, I do have experience in Excel as well.

I have experience in management of teams. I was LBO (lobby, bar, offsite) manager at Olive Garden for year. I developed team members careers and cross trained into other positions to allow team members to boost their careers. I created schedules for team members that worked best for the restaurant day-to-day operations. I aided in reducing waste cost by keeping our waste down to 6% monthly. I have managed a team of over 30 team members, all with diverse backgrounds and different skills.
