*Cafeteria Management in a school afforded the ability to work with children with ADD, ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s syndrome and specialized IEP’s in place, as well as diabetic, and celiac disease students.

*Managing menu’s collaboration with parents, bus drivers, teachers, menu’s to provide superior attention to detail in these cases.

* In the Detention Officer position, it has afforded the mental health, and physical demands needed by inmates that are housed, as well as hopes of rehabilitation, and needed compassion and empathy each inmate needs and desires from a case manager they can talk to as well as trust.

* I hope to fulfill that need, and benefit from the knowledge and wealth of information available through various programs to help reduce recidivism rates, and help the inmates to return to society, productive, healthy, and happy.
