Kristina Martin

As a Sales Associate, I have the job of answering customer questions and phone calls while also completing required duties around the establishment.

Titled the SALT program, standing for Servant and Leader in Training, I woke up in the morning to assist in setting up the kitchen for meals in the summer of 2022. I also assisted in camp classes and spent time with campers with the main focus of cleaning and setting up for each daily meal and cleaning up after the campers. In 2025, I took on the counselor role at the same camp, I had the job of being in charge of and developing personal relationships for a group of up to thirteen campers and lead dance and arts and crafts classes through out the entirety of the summer.

• In this role, I was an assistant teacher at a daycare/preschool. I managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences. I built trusted relationships with students and parents.

• In this role, I participated in my highschool's education pathway. As students, we fulfilled these tasks in the preschool program.
• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.
• Maintained a clean and organized environment to ensure the well-being of children under care.

In these roles, I volunteered for multiple non- profit organizations such as food banks and thrift shops. These tasks usually consisted of sorting through and organizing donations to their specific locations within the cooperation.

In this role, I assisted and watched over children in the children's ministry program at One Church.
