  • Make sure there are enough people to cover each job and training anyone new then supervise and fire while my area for any mistakes.
  • Make sure all equipment in the area is working properly by doing test on the robotics that are in three different spots in my area. I do the air pressure checks and the light curtain checks for safety.
  • I fully inspect the ovens that are on both sides of my area to make sure nothing is missing or has any defects and then I proceed to completely set up the work area before my team comes in
  • I go to the front of the line and make sure that they have the schedule and a radio to call out all model changes and I am constantly making sure that everything is running smoothly in the area and in the areas that are beside me, I checked to see if they need any assistance on setting up for start time.
  • I also use my lockout tag out quite frequently to manually fix the robot in the area, I tried to do it as safely and fast as possible because minutes matter in this job.

  • Awarded July 2023, Gold Star Award for helping to successfully design and run a production line without having any of my products with defects or missing elements and have a zero downtime on any of my processes which I carry out to this day.
