My name is Kyndal Harrison, and my mediums are mostly oil paint with some photography. I was born in Decatur, Georgia, in 2002, and I graduated from Towers High School in 2021. I went on to get my BA in Studio Arts from Georgia State University. The height of Covid 19 where we were moved to social distancing, helped to push me in the direction of an artistic career. I have been making art since the first grade, when I had my first art class. My teacher was strict about it for it to be a younger class, but she is one of my inspirations for taking my craft seriously. My love for art has grown into an attachment to my pieces that I can’t see myself doing anything else for the rest of my life.
I displayed a piece in the BA senior showcase, held in the Gallery 650 at Georgia State University. My composition consisted of an oil painting with sculpture. The exhibit was held from April 13th until April 20th.
