· Collect and document comprehensive patient histories, symptoms, medications, allergies, and vital signs

· Collected and recorded vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, temperature, height, and weight

· Operated EKG and other diagnostic equipment to administer routine tests and screenings

· Assisted providers with Annual Wellness Exams and patient education regarding preventive care and treatment plans
