- Supervising daily operations of the site, managing thirteen heavy equipment operators, four scale house attendants, two mechanics, and two 3rd party laborers.
- Interviewing and hiring employees as often as three interviews per week.
- Leading weekly safety meetings with all on site employees, and enforcing safety protocols at all times.
- Training employees on equipment operations and safety.
- Weekly calls with Senior Leadership Team.
- Team meetings every Monday, discussing goals, operational needs, equipment needs, and gas needs for the week.
- Daily communications with equipment maintenance manager to ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
- Payroll for all equipment operators and scale house attendants.
- Responsible for scheduling for two shifts weekly.
- Lock out tag out training.
- Crisis management on site dealing with gas spills, fires, truck rollovers, and ensuring a calm environment with proper reporting.
- New Hire Orientation - teaching new hires both WBT and OJT with a week of guided hands-on training.
- Training in blood borne pathogens, storm water runoff, asbestos management, prohibited waste, and universal waste.
