I am a recently graduated 18 year old with a background in serving at a farm to table fine dining restaurant. Additionally, I created a dog waste removal business which has scaled to multiple counties. My skills are focused primarily in customer service, where I excel at condensing complex knowledge into a easily digestible manner for customers. Aside from my work I am a competitive power-lifter and an aspiring researcher. Throughout my senior year of High-school fungi has peaked my interest, and has elevated my personal and business life. My business and life thrives on punctuality: arriving to customers residences on schedule, following strict lifting protocols, and balancing customer satisfaction while dining.
Working at a farm to table restaurant has created a knowledge base for Truffles, Chanterelles, Morels, and Oyster fungi. I have built a foraging knowledge set for these mushrooms specifically and continue to develop my knowledge daily. In my waste management business I increased sales by adding a toxic fungi removal service, disposing of toxic Amanita and Galerina species in lawns.
I will be attending SLU university in Madrid, Spain to study biology from 2026-2030. My education and National Honors society roles have pushed me to explore beyond traditional education, seeking volunteer work in communities but also businesses. These attributes continue to push my skills and knowledge of academics, business, and customer interaction daily. Abroad, I will continue to pursue further education with language as well, improving my Spanish skills in and outside of the classroom.
