•Verify, authorize & Submit insurance claims
preparation of examination and treatment rooms
performing basic and routine vision screening examinations
•Administering eye medications, cleaning
Other duties as assigned
•File, distribute mail, prepare reports, manage training metrics, organization of key common spaces.
•Process accounting transactions such as payable/receivable.
•Reconcile credit card transactions etc.
•Participate in the safety, compliance, and internal control efforts for the site.
•Maintain Record Management Files/File Room.
•Use independent judgment in completing daily work assignments.
•Provide outpatient tests and surgery scheduling & registration for all PPM facilities
