Tift Regional is where we are doing all medical surgical clinicals as well as our obstetric clinicals. I have had a variety of different patients from newborn to adult to geriatric. During these clinicals I was able to accomplish many nursing skills such as- patient care, bathing, perineal care, feeding, manual and automatic blood pressures, taking vital signs, head to toe assessments, IV management, medication administration, wound care,

Turning point is a short term rehabilitation facility that cares for patients with mental health disorders. The clinicals at this location were strictly observational. I was assigned a patient, and then read their files and had an interview with them using therapeutic communication.

Southwell Health and Rehabilitation is a long term nursing home for patients. During this clinical rotation I was assigned geriatric patients. I performed head to toe assessments, took vitals, provided patient care such as bathing and feeding, and used therapeutic communication.

I had three clinical experiences here in both medical surgical 1 and 2, as well as pediatrics with varying dates. This was a virtual hospital setting and I cared for 2 adult patients and one pediatric patient. During these simulations I used my clinical judgement, my critical thinking, assessment, IV insertion and management, and medication administration skills.

Achieved seamless project execution by coordinating team efforts and maintaining clear communication with management. Enhanced team performance through strategic delegation of tasks based on skill sets. Successfully managed multiple high-stakes responsibilities while maintaining a focus on detail. Demonstrated adaptability by working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
