• Excavate shaft (50-60 ft)
• Weld T beams to support structure and install ground support (metal beams and lagging)
• Grout shafts (nozzle man/pump operator)
• Assist with waterproofing shafts

Difference in Shaft three is it connects to the tunnel therefore rebar and shotcrete was involved

• Maintain Water Treatment plant
• Tie Rebar to specs
• Build, Set & Strip Forms (T.C.E Shaft, Vent Culvert, Egress, Extension Tunnel, Sidewalk, Running Beams etc.) pour and finish concrete to specs
• Install beam and shaft lid
• Install backing rod and grout @ shaft lid
• Demobilize site
• Escort Key Personnel, Vehicles & Material Into Secure Areas Inside Airport (S.I.D.A Training)
• Complete Daily Organized Paperwork Such As Time Sheets, T.R.A.C.K Forms, Hot Work Permits, Fire Watch (AATC), Escort Forms (DOA)
• Lead T.R.A.C.K & Daily POD Meetings
• Ensure Material Needed For Task At Hand Is Present
• Delegate Crew Members To Different Tasks

-Exploration of UCRS tunnels 1&2 from 1917

• Jackleg holes at crown, ribs and invert
• Install packers in bad or thin ground
• Patch holes in good ground
• Core drill 4” holes at invert and 2” holes at crown and ribs. Take and store samples accordingly. Time and station stamps on each core
• Grout tunnel until each packer has communicated
• Demobilize and stage site for future endeavors
