• I help customers realize their dream kitchens with custom designs and drawings and models as well as past work done as examples. Being able to see in 3D the finish project makes me a better designer and helps me to successfully full-fill customers wishes. In every capacity, whether it be cabinets, tile, or stairs and handrails, I have achieved 100% satisfaction with every customer by finding creative solutions to problems.

• After managing the Raleigh NC branch, I transferred to Atlanta GA to take over the Atlanta Branch of Summit Stairs. I was over total operations of local branch, which included overseeing production department, shipping and logistics, assisting and directing sales staff to reach target income goals, supporting sales staff with designs and product to present to increase sales. With 24 years of experience in stairs, trim and custom carpentry, I have been able to assist my sales staff, customers with all their designs and needs. Also managed AR as well. Over HR, responsible for hiring new recruits to keep open positions filled. Maintaining a million dollars of inventory on a monthly basis, overseeing all maintenance of facilities, vehicles and machinery.

* Achieved Branch Manager position after working in this location for Six. Months. Worked to build sales and production to increase business. Moved business from 4000 square foot facility to 24,000 square foot facility that I personally oversaw construction as the owner built similar facility in Charlotte NC. Kept growing the business and production and staff as the company moved in larger facility. Developed many of the production and maintenance programs still followed today. As this branch Became more and more profitable, I was asked to move to Atlanta Ga Branch to achieve similar results.

• Moved to this location to take over and grow current accounts and sales, with the goal of taking over the Branch Manager position. Worked with production and bringing machinery up to specs

• Installed custom and curve Handrails for five years. In that time I became one of the top five installers for Southern, as I enjoyed very much working for this company on such a broad span of installs and locations. The work came to a stand still in Georgia in 2010, due to unfavorable economic times, forcing me to seek work elsewhere.
