Layout the lot and stake the home Contact all contractors and suppliers and set up all inspections to complete the homes . Meet with the customers on any changes Needed or to complete change orders Per contract.

Handled New Home Construction from the Ground up on homes

4-7000 sq ft. Sales Price $1.5- $3 mil

Once i had the permit i would schedule all contractors . Coordinate all material delivers . Schedule all inspections . meet customers for for change orders additions ,subtractions to the home . Help design any specialty work .takecare of Finial walk throughs and get the C/O

• Assumes all Responsibilities From DIRT To C/O. Stake the Home, Order Materials ,Schedule all Subs. New homes in the $300.000- $500.000 Range. Closed 11 Homes in 20016 on Time on Budget (Happy Homeowners )

• Assume all project responsibilities such as the demo of the building in all different phases as needed to remove the damaged areas and then I would build back the building Per Plans There were parts of the construction that I would do some of the trim, punch out etc. To keep the job moving on Schedule. The time there I built two MOE'S Restaurants'. And a Child Care Facility

• Built one custom home from 2/14 to 3/15 - 4500 sq. ft. on 10 acres in Ellenwood, GA. I was responsible for all Trades From DIRT to C/O.
• Assume all project responsibilities such as the demo of the home in all different phases as needed to remove the damaged areas and then I would build back the home to its original state such as framing, roofing, siding, sheetrock, paint, cabinets etc. while using all of my General Contractors. There were parts of the construction that I would physically work to complete the job such as trim, punch out, set windows, some siding etc.

• Build a total of 82 homes and of 2 which exceeded 1 Million Dollars.
• Establish & maintain budgets for custom new homes, manage permits, build ground up to finish.
• Supervised Sub-Contractors, Processed Payroll, Cost Sheets to Maintain Budgets
• Guide homeowners throughout project progression
• Finalize warranty claims.
