  • Owned the restaurant's cutover from Inform to Signal creating new inventory groups, order groups, travel paths, build to numbers, inventory forecasting, and truck ordering systems.
  • Decreased the restaurant's positive food cost gap by 0.51% since taking over through the implementation of new systems regarding waste, transfers, QIC's, and shared table donations, as well as creating accountability systems to ensure all menu items are being made to recipe and all inventory is being rung in through the register.

  • Implemented new systems to improve throughput that lead to a night time record 239 car hour in the Drive-Thru, breaking the previous record of 220 cars.
  • With these systems in place, Chick-fil-A Beechwood's overall Drive-Thru composite score went from being ranked #12 in the chain when I began the role, to ultimately being ranked #1 in the chain at the time I transitioned out of this role.
  • In 2024 Chick-fil-A Beechwood finished the year as a $13.7 million store.
