Through all my jobs I have always valued teamwork and trying to improve every day. Customer service has always been a priority at every job along with safety above all else. I grew up hunting deer and over time I have moved more towards hunting various types of game birds and waterfowl. I'm an outdoors oriented person and In my spare time I like to fly fish and play golf. Since moving home I have begun starting up a taxidermy business focusing on game birds and waterfowl as well that hopefully will expand with more clients over time.
I also possesses versatile skills in project management, problem-solving, and collaboration. Brings fresh perspective and strong commitment to quality and success. Recognized for adaptability and proactive approach in delivering effective solutions.
At McGhee Tyson Airport I performed a large assortment of tasks to maintain federal compliance with Part 139 regulations. One of my main job roles was for the wildlife management side of the airport. This involved wildlife assessments of the area to track what animals were in the area and what environmental factors were attracting the wildlife. My job also involved having to depredate wildlife to ensure safety at the airport for passengers and air crews. I have extensive experience with shotguns, air rifle and pyrotechnics launchers for the purpose of depredation and harassment. I received my NRA Shotgun Safety Certification from a licensed instructor through the USDA. Majority of the wildlife work consisted of working alongside the USDA wildlife biologists that were contracted out to the airport. The work included tracking of the animals depredated and what was used to do so such as shotguns and what caliber. I did also have some involvement with setting up traps for various predators and other larger wildlife such as coyotes and foxes.
Below are other non-wildlife oriented tasks I performed:
A.C.E. Operations
OSHA 10 Hour
NRA Shotgun Safety Certified
Hunter Safety Course Certification
