• Notification and follow-up of rejections of purchased material (disposition and corrective actions).
• Qualify products purchased using a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to establish stable manufacturing within the supply base (Review and approval).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such IATF/ ISO.
• Participates regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, as well as actively participating in strategic development based on quality control plans as implemented by the Quality Organization.
• Responsible for establishing receiving inspection plans to ensure supplier quality, and using them to for supplier corrective actions, and historical part data records.
• Notification and Monitoring of NCCA's compliance.
• Visit/Rework of suppliers.
• Participation in Design Process and Assembly meetings and review them.
• Knowledge of GD&T.

Implementation of Kaizen and 5S.

Ensuring the supply of materials.

Supervision and management of MRO warehouse.

Control of inputs and outputs of spare parts. Development and monitoring of suppliers. Corrective actions 8D's.

Develop detailed material flow models for new and existing products to project material flow headcount, optimize dock door utilization, estimate warehouse and material buffer sizes, and identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.

• Development of projects and improvements.
• Management of data analysis.
• Addition of new suppliers, qualifying new suppliers, and monitoring the performance of current suppliers.
• Create, execute, and uphold inspection standards for auditing raw materials and products at different phases during the receiving/manufacturing shipping process.
