I have over 14 years of experience in K-12 public and private educational settings. I am enthusiastic about supporting student's academics, social emotional learning, and college and career readiness to improve student success. I am a focused educational professional with specialist's degree in School Leadership from Mississippi State University. My leadership style is transformational accompanied with a growth mindset approach to leadership in education. I am dedicated to promoting positive school culture and actively experienced with aiding students to achieve education goals. My innate talents include bring warmth, compassion, and acceptance to building lasting relationships and partnering with others to meet school mission and goals. My skills in building great relationships with students, teachers, and staff are associated with these attributes truthfulness, acceptance, and amiability. I am very passionate, organized, dependable candidate successful at managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude. In addition, I am willing to make every effort to take on more responsibilities to meet team goals.

I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in providing evidence-based counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families. I am committed to advocating for mental health and well-being of all my clients. I possess a clear understanding of client empowerment, conflict resolution, psychoeducational training, etc. in providing clients with optimal mental health wellness, education, and career goals. I am extremely motivated to learn, grow and excel within this company. I have 11 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults as a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified School Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist. My committed is to creating a safe, supportive environment for all everyone. I am a highly skilled counselor with a strong background in supporting clients to overcome personal challenges and cope with triggering situations. My intentionality is focused on facilitating exploration of issues, developing individualized plans, and developing healthy coping skills. Currently, I am licensed in the states of Georgia and Mississippi.
