  • As a PFE Contractor for Delta i started in the Engine Maintenance Shop in Department 301 Stators and Composites.
  • My introduction to Delta as a contractor I had to learn how to use the software. For re pairs we use OTIS and OTIS-X version for repair manuals. GEM is a software that allows us to sign off on our work and input the correct part numbers for the materials we use.
  • The contracting period was only for 6 months. I was selected to become direct on June 20, 2022.
