As Administrative Manager, I worked with various members of the Administrative Staff, each with specific responsibilities:
1.) As Assistant to Finance Director,I
-processed all mail to staff throughout the ministry
-updated the company's donation management application
-prepared invoices for approval and processed bills for mailing
-dispersed monthly staff credit card statements, collected all receipts, entered them into appropriate accounts in Quickbooks and reconciled accounts.
2.)As Facilities Manager, I
-monitored inventory of office supplies, making purchases as needed and purchased approved new materials with budgetary constraints.
-maintained a log of all equipment in the 3 facilities and 2 mobile units.
-provided oversight for all 12 facility tradespeople.
-purchased all products needed for staff, volunteers and clients.
3.) As Security/Safety Officer, quarterly, I
-conducted and wrote reports of fire/emergency drills.
-inspected and reported on emergency lighting and exit signs.
