Through my short 3 -4 years in the workforce I have learned a lot. The main lessons I've learned are how to safely and timely do good and quality work. While being a race car crew chief I would always have to stay working at a fast pace while keeping everything highly maintained to stay at the top of our level and make it to the next race track. Also while being a current dedicated Aviation Structural Mechanic skilled in aircraft inspection and structural repair. Strong background in safety compliance and effective communication, with a talent for training junior mechanics to ensure high-quality maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
